What you’ll need (makes 1 serve)
- 6g Hair Atelier
- 1 cup nut milk
- 1.5 cup frozen fruit such as banana, strawberries, raspberries, dragon fruit
- 1 tbs chia seeds
- 1 tbs mixed seeds such as sunflower and pumpkin
- 2-3 dates, pitted
- Ice
Optional: 1-2 tsp nut butter
Method
1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Serve immediately.
