Offer Period: Promotions are only available for a limited time, for as long as advertised on apotecari.com.au, facebook.com and/or instagram.com. Apotecari reserves the right to cancel or change any promotion at any time without notice and in its sole discretion.

1. Mane Event Elixir^® Limited-Time Review Offer

Eligibility
* This offer is open to customers who have purchased Mane Event Elixir^® directly from apotecari.com.au or apotecari.co. 
* Reviews are verified against purchase history. The reward is for submitting a genuine review, your star rating doesn't affect your eligibility for the discount. 
* This offer is not available to wholesale partner accounts.

Offer details
* Submit a review of Mane Event Elixir®: receive 10% off your next purchase.
* Submit a review with before and after photos or video: receive 20% off your next purchase.
* If you qualify for both, you'll receive the 20% reward only. Rewards don't stack.

How to claim
* Submit your review via the review form on https://apotecari.com.au/products/mane-event-elixir.
* For the 20% reward, include before and after photos or a video showing your results. You can upload up to five photos and one video with your review.
* If your video file is too large to upload, paste a YouTube link to your video instead.
* For best results, take both photos in the same setting, lighting and outfit.

Content usage
By submitting a photo or video with your review, you grant Apotecari a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and share this content on our website, email marketing and social channels. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information submitted with reviews.

Discount code delivery
Discount codes are sent automatically once your review is received, generally within a few minutes. Please allow up to 24 hours during high-volume periods.

Validity
Discount codes are valid for 14 days from the date issued.

Discount terms
* The discount applies to all products on the Apotecari website, including bundles, but excludes Concierge subscriptions and gift cards. 
* The code cannot be used with any other discount code or active site-wide promotion.
* One offer per customer
* This offer is limited to one reward per customer, regardless of how many qualifying reviews you submit, including edits to an existing review.

Non-transferable
Discount codes cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash.

Fraud and review integrity
Apotecari reserves the right to refuse, withhold or revoke a discount code obtained through fraudulent means, or where the associated review is later deleted, edited to remove required content, or found to breach the review platform's guidelines.

Availability

How to enter
To enter, individuals must complete and submit the official entry form available at https://apotecari.com.au/pages/competition. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries submitted using the same email address will be treated as one entry. Duplicate entries do not increase an entrant's chances of winning.

Prize conditions
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. If any part of the prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a product of equal or greater value.

Entry conditions
Odds of winning depend on the total number of valid entries received. The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, or not received due to technical failures, network issues, or any cause outside the Promoter's control. By entering, entrants warrant that the information they provide is true, current, and accurate.

Winner selection and notification
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries. The draw will take place within 5 business days of the promotion closing date. The winner will be notified via email only. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of the email notification, a redraw may occur.

Winner content
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Apotecari and participating brands may request the winner to provide feedback, testimonials, or content (including photos or videos) relating to the prize. The winner is under no obligation to provide this content. If provided, the winner grants Apotecari and participating brands a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and share this content across their marketing channels, including social media, with attribution to the winner's name or handle where applicable.

General conditions
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms.
