Thanks for your interest in our promotion! No one loves fine print, so we promise we'll keep this short and sweet.

Acceptance: By redeeming or attempting to redeem an offer, you agree to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions.

Offer Period: Promotions are only available for a limited time, for as long as advertised on apotecari.com.au, facebook.com and/or instagram.com. Apotecari reserves the right to cancel or change any promotion at any time without notice and in its sole discretion.

  Promotion Period
  The 20% Welcome Offer runs from 8:00 am AEST on Thursday 27 August 2026 to 11:59 pm AEST on Thursday 10 September 2026 (the "Promotion Period").
  The offer applies only to eligible orders placed during the Promotion Period. 

  Eligibility
  The promotion is available to individual consumers purchasing through apotecari.com.au or apotecari.co.
  The promotion is available to individual consumers who signed up for the Apotecari 9th Birthday Giveaway and are receiving this offer via email.
  The promotion is not available to wholesale partners, resellers, distributors, or commercial buyers. 
  The offer is valid for customers purchasing via apotecari.com.au or apotecari.co for the first-time. Customers who have previously placed an order with Apotecari are not eligible.
  The promotion applies to one-time (non-subscription) products only. Concierge (subscription) products are not eligible for the 20% discount. For mixed carts containing both subscription and one-time products, the 20% discount applies only to the one-time (non-subscription) products. Subscription items in the same order continue to receive the standard Concierge benefit and are excluded from the 20% promotional discount.
  The coupon is limited to one use per customer

  The Offer
  Eligible customers receive 20% off their first order using the code provided via email during the Promotion Period. 
  The discount code must be entered at checkout to apply. Apotecari will not retrospectively apply the offer to orders placed before or after this period.

  The 20% discount does not apply to:
  a. Concierge (subscription) products
  b. Gift cards
  c. Wholesale orders
  d. Pre-orders, back-orders, or waitlist items fulfilled outside the Promotion Period

  Combining Offers
  The 20% promotional discount cannot be combined with any other discount code, voucher, store credit, or promotional offer, except where explicitly stated in these terms.
  The 20% discount is not valid on subscription products. Concierge subscription benefits apply only to subscription items and operate separately from this promotion. 

  Shipping
  Free shipping is calculated after the 20% promotional discount has been applied. All other general shipping terms and conditions apply (see general shipping policy here [https://apotecari.com.au/policies/shipping-policy])

  Stock and Availability
  The promotion is subject to stock availability. No rainchecks will be offered for sold-out products.
  Value bundle products, including 90-day kits, duos, and trios, could be supplied in alternative secondary packaging due to demand or availability during the Promotion Period. 

  Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
  Refunds for returned items will be processed at the discounted price paid, not the standard retail price.
  Promotional discounts are not transferable, refundable, or redeemable for cash or credit.
  If a customer returns or cancels a qualifying order, the 20% discount is forfeited and cannot be reapplied to a future order.

  General
  Apotecari reserves the right to modify, cancel, or extend this promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable laws.
  Apotecari reserves the right to disqualify any customer engaging in fraudulent activity, abuse of the promotion, or breach of these terms, including cancelling orders and reclaiming discounts, the use of multiple accounts, false information, reselling, or circumventing the first-time purchase restriction.
  Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any dispute will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

Conditions: Promotions may be subject to availability. Promotions are not valid for cash or cash equivalent. Offers are non-transferable. All monetary amounts specified in these terms and conditions are in Australian dollars (AUD). All dates and times specified relate to Australian Eastern Standard Time or Australian Eastern Daylight Time when relevant.

Promotions cannot be applied to previous purchases nor combined with any other offers or discounts unless explicitly noted. Promotions are not valid on wholesale orders unless explicitly noted. Promotions are valid with purchases via apotecari.com.au only.

Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts and cannot be redeemed with concierge purchases.

Unless stated otherwise, discount codes are valid for a maximum of 3 months.

Gift with Purchase offers are limited time only, while stocks last. GWP codes can be redeemed off full price items only unless stated otherwise.

Discount codes cannot be applied to shipping fees.

Influencer/partnership discount codes cannot be applied to concierge items and cannot be combined with any other discount codes or offers.

All purchases are subject to Apotecari’s standard Terms and Conditions.

Exclusions: Electronic Gift Cards and shipping are excluded from Offers unless otherwise stated.

Redemption: To redeem an offer during an Offer Period, enter the advertised redemption code into the coupon code box during the checkout process and the discount and/or complimentary item will be applied automatically to your cart. The promotion is valid for one purchase per user unless otherwise stated.

Changes: Apotecari reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of the offer by the company’s own discretion.

Offers: From time to time Apotecari may run promotions on apotecari.com.au, facebook.com and/or Instagram.com which are subject to both these Terms and any additional promotion-specific Terms which are incorporated into the advertised promotion. You should ensure that you read the specific conditions that apply to each promotion.
