Wonderfood purple sweet potato joins Hair Atelier's Australian native superfoods Kakadu Plum and Quandong Peach to deliver a treat that's just as good for your health, hair and skin as it is tantalising to your tastebuds.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 tsp Apotecari Hair Atelier™
- 1 1/2 cups coconut milk, full-fat
- 1 tbsp arrowroot powder
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup purple sweet potato puree or 3/4 cup chopped, boiled purple sweet potatoes
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- Optional - 1 tbsp vodka or gin (to stop freezing too hard)
METHOD
Mix all ingredients, except the vanilla, alcohol andHair Atelier™
, together in a blender until smooth.
Pour into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Once boiling, remove from the heat and whisk until smooth and thickened.
Stir in the Hair Food, vanilla and alcohol.
