If you are trying an eligible product for the first time and are not satisfied with it, you can request a refund within 30 days of delivery, provided you meet the requirements below.

Our formulas are designed to support your hair growth, strength & condition, and your scalp health. For the best experience, use your chosen product consistently and follow the directions on the label throughout the 30-day trial period.

A friendly note on timing
While you should see some positive results within 30 days, most people see best results after 90 days of consistent daily use. If you're loving your formula and seeing early promising signs (and we know you will!), we highly recommend you continue to push ahead with it!

Step 2: Start your routine

Begin using your capsules, powder or elixir as directed on the product label. Anchor it to something you already do, like your morning coffee or evening skincare, and take it at the same time each day. Choose an approach that fits naturally into your daily routine, as consistency matters when supporting your hair and scalp health.
Step 3: Take your day 0 image

On the day you begin using the product, take a clear image of your hair and/or scalp. This will be your Day 0 image. Try to use the same lighting, angle and hairstyle when taking your second image, so the two images can be compared fairly. You can find instructions on how to take a great before & after photo here.
Please use a device like a smartphone that ensures that metadata (time stamp) is collected.

Step 4: Complete your trial

Use the product daily for 30 days, and in accordance with the instructions provided.
On Day 30, take a second image of your hair and/or scalp. Both images must be submitted with your claim.

If you decide the product is not right for you, complete our online claims form within 30 days of the delivery date. Include your Day 0 and Day 30 images with the form. Our customer care team will review your claim and contact you with the next steps.

FAQs

What do I need to submit a claim?

You must complete the online claims form and provide clear Day 0 and Day 30 images showing your hair and/or scalp. Both images are required for your claim to be considered.

What happens after I submit my claim?

Our customer care team will review the information provided. We may request for you to return the unused portion of the product; in which case we will issue a Returns Authorisation number and provide instructions for returning the product.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we have received and approved your claim, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Do I need to pay for return postage?

Yes. Return postage is the customer's responsibility, and shipping fees will not be refunded under this guarantee.

We recommend using Registered Post and retaining your tracking details. You are responsible for any loss, theft or damage that occurs during transit. Apotecari is not responsible for parcels that are lost or damaged when the customer has chosen not to insure them.

What happens if I purchased a bundle or discounted set?

If the returned product was purchased as part of a discounted set or bundle, the refund will be calculated using the relevant discounted price. You will not receive the full standalone price of the individual product.

Can I claim the guarantee when trying a different product?

The guarantee applies to a customer's first purchase of each eligible Apotecari product. Product exclusions will be identified on the relevant product page and/or at checkout. Please refer to our full terms and conditions.
