Shipping policy
What to expect from our shipping service.
Once you place your order, it will be checked in our system, packed and will be ready for dispatch within 2 business days. You will receive email notifications along the way to help you track your order throughout the fulfilment process. You will be able to track your order as it is en route to you, and can update your shipping details through the links provided in your email notifications.
We have partnered with courier services to ensure that all Apotecari products are handled with the love that they deserve, and arrive to you as quickly as possible.
Australian domestic shipping.
- Subscriptions - Complimentary shipping
- For all orders $79 and over - Complimentary standard shipping or $5 express shipping
- For orders less than $79 - $8 standard shipping or $11 express shipping
Once dispatched, the following estimated delivery times apply for standard shipping:
Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane: 1-5 business days.
Adelaide: 2-6 business days.
Perth, NT & Tasmania: 5-10 business days.
Regional hubs (eg. Wollongong, Gold Coast, Geelong etc): 2-6 business days.
Remote regional areas can take longer for delivery.
International shipping.
We offer a flat rate of $15 (inc. GST) for delivery to New Zealand.
We offer a flat rate of $30 (inc. GST) for world-wide delivery, with the following notes and exclusions.
- Morocco: Items sent to Morocco may be delayed by customs clearance times.
- South Africa: Items sent to South Africa may be delayed by up to 10 days due to local processing delays on arrival.
- Sudan: Freight partners have temporarily suspended all postal services to and from Sudan due to civil unrest.
- China: Additional COVID-19 restrictions implemented on 29 March 2022 may cause delays on items sent into and out of China.
- Finland: Services to Finland are suspended due to customs regulations for imports.
- Indonesia: Items sent to Indonesia may experience delays due to the implementation of new customs regulations for imports.
- Russia: Freight partners have temporarily suspended all postal services to and from the Russian Federation.
- Ukraine: There may be delays to letters and parcels sent to and from the Ukraine due to limited airline capacity, planned power outages and inaccessibility to some regions.
- Israel: Items sent to and from Israel may experience significant delays due to the current political conflict and limited flight capacities.
- Honduras: Services to Honduras (except for Economy Sea) are now suspended due to ongoing flight capacity shortage.
- UAE: Shipping to Dubai residents is problematic if the item is sent to an apartment. Please use a businesses or house address. We cannot be responsible for lost or returned parcels.
- Austria: Services to Austria are suspended due to customs regulations for imports.
International shipping can take up 4 weeks.
Shipping destinations and customs regulations are subject to change. We accept no responsibility for customs seizing/ rejecting shipments.
