Hair Atelier Recipe | Glow in a Glass

This rosewater-infused delight is both refreshing and supercharged with hair-loving ingredients. Enriched with proteins, collagen, superfoods, vitamins and minerals, this recipe is something the whole family can enjoy, for a year-round glow.

You will need:⁠

• ¼ cup of Hair Atelier
• 125g strawberries 
• 2 tsp rosewater 
• 350g unsweetened yoghurt OR coconut yoghurt
• Pomegranate for garnishing (optional)

In a mixer, blend berries to your consistency of choice (the chunkier this mixture, the easier it will be to create a swirl when it comes to combining with the yoghurt).

Add the rose water and Hair Atelier to the berries and blend until just combined.

Add your puree to a bowl and add the yoghurt. Gently fold together using a large spoon or spatula.

Add your mixture to serving bowls and garnish. Feel free to get as creative as you please here. We opt for fresh berries and pomegranate arils but anything from shaved coconut to pistachios to granola would help to recreate this delicious base recipe, suitable for every occasion.
