Pretty in Pink Parfait
This layered chia parfait brings together protein, healthy fats, antioxidants, and collagen-supporting botanicals, plus Hair Atelier® for an extra hair-loving boost.
Serves 2, generously
For the chia pudding
1 cup milk of choice
1/4 cup chia seeds
2 tsp Hair Atelier® (1 serve)
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp maple syrup
For the parfait assembly
1 cup yoghurt
1/2 cup pomegranate arils
1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted

Method
- Start by making your chia pudding. Combine milk, chia seeds, Hair Atelier®, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
- Stir well, leave for 5 minutes, then stir again so the chia seeds don't clump.
- Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
- Assemble the parfaits by dolloping 1-2 tablespoons of yoghurt into the bottom of a glass jar, then smooth over with the back of a spoon.
- Top yoghurt with a few spoonfuls of chia pudding.
- Sprinkle a layer of flaked almonds.
- Sprinkle a tablespoon of pomegranate arils over the flaked almonds.

Repeat the layers once more: yoghurt, chia pudding, flaked almonds, and pomegranate arils.
Note: Best consumed immediately. Parfaits can be covered and stored in the fridge, but the almonds will lose their crunch.
